Scholarship Fund

Each year GAEL sponsors a Scholarship Fund that supports families of our members. In recent years, a minimum of four candidates have been awarded a $4000 scholarship and one random candidate selected for a $500 scholarship.

The 2025 Scholarship Applications are available through your company’s voting member and are due March 1, 2025.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Student must be enrolled (or planning to enroll) in a full or part-time program of studies at any accredited four year post-secondary school.

2. Student’s parent, guardian or grandparent must be a member (or employee of member company) of the Greater Atlanta Electric League (GAEL).

3. Student must plan to attend an accredited four-year college or university the following year.
